Ana works with couples, families, and individuals of all ages. Though she is systems and somatic-oriented at heart, her approach is collaborative based on specific needs in order to help clients grow their relationships to Self and to
others, enriching their lives emotionally and mentally.
Education
M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Sofia University, Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (2019)
B.A. in Sociology from University of CA, Santa Barbara (2015)
Professional Experience
In addition to her work with FTI, Ana specializes in work with teens and continues to receive training at AHA, a beloved Santa Barbara non-profit. She works with teens and educators to teach social-emotional skills in order to
create a world in which people feel safe, seen, and celebrated.
Personal Life
Ana is a lover of music, singing, and all things cooking. She was born and raised in Santa Barbara, and has been grateful to call this beautiful place home. She believes that, at any given moment, we are each doing the best that we can with our current or perceived reality. It is for this reason that she feels honored to work with people on this level.
