Family Therapy

Family Therapy focuses on improving relationships and resolving conflicts within families by addressing the dynamics and communication patterns among all involved members. Rather than centering solely on an individual’s problems, family therapy views behaviors and symptoms within the broader context of the family system. It can also help treat specific mental health or behavioral conditions such as depression and anxiety in children and teens, substance use disorders, or defiant or dangerous behaviors. Sessions can involve traditional families, blended families, couples, extended relatives or anyone in a close supportive relationship.

All of our clinicians provide family therapy.
