I have extensive training in EMDR and Brainspotting over the past thirty years, as well as in family and couples therapy.
Treatment Philosophy & Approach
My approach to working with couples, families, and individuals is deeply holistic, systemic, and spiritual. More specific approaches include; Neurosomatic, Family Systems, Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Depth, Grief, Narrative and Couples therapies. Additionally, my work is preventive, integrative, and research-based. I find, frequently, that deep healing is only possible through neurosomatic, felt sense treatment modalities, including EMDR, Brainspotting, and Somatic Experiencing.

Personal Life
Personal Passions Include: all kinds of music (especially Miles Davis and Stevie Wonder), reading, strength and fitness training, writing and recording my own music, a variety of sports, being a father, and lastly, a deep, abiding love of nature in all its forms.
