15 Minute Consultations for New Clients and Scheduling your First Appointment
If you would like to find out more about our services or if you are ready for a 15-minute consultation to make your first appointment, you have come to the right place. We know it can take courage to take the first step so we want to be responsive and available to answer your questions.
We offer free 15-minute phone consultations to help you get matched with the right modality of treatment and therapist. Our intake coordinator will reach out to you and ask about what kind of therapy you were looking for, how quickly you want to schedule, preferred days and times, and what is affordable.
Fees: Standard fee is $250 for a licensed therapist. If you are unable to afford this and have no insurance, we can offer a sliding scale fee based on your ability to pay. The intake therapist will help determine this during your consultation.
Low Cost Clinic: High quality services are provided to low income families by associates in our advanced training program. The current fee range is between $50-150/session.
Planning on using insurance?
The benefits for therapy are usually different than your typical medical coverage. Prior to attempting to make an appointment with a therapist, contact your insurance company and obtain the following information found here to expedite the process.
FTI offers superbills for those who have PPO insurance for reimbursement on an out-of-network basis. You may be able to file a claim with your insurance company to receive partial reimbursement for out-of-network services, but this will depend on your specific plan details. For information on your coverage, call your insurance customer service department.
