Talia (she/her) works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her style is warm, non-judgmental, compassionate, collaborative, and she encourages creative engagement to explore clients’ inner emotional world. Talia is a queer and gender-affirming therapist that often helps those wrestling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, family conflict, relationships, identity development, navigating life transitions, avoidant tendencies, school/career issues, religious trauma, mood regulation skills, creativity, and more. She works from an integrative lens of person-centered, psychodynamic, experiential, and feminist theory. She is also an IFS and trauma-informed therapist.
She strives to empower others on their journey towards self-love, connection, and peace. She is committed to helping those move through fear, sadness, anger, and insecurities to make lasting and impactful changes in their lives. Her other passions include music, painting, animals, and spending time in nature with loved ones.
